The Heritage Foundation has a wonderful piece on the need of continuing the missle defense program. It points out the various new threats that have come into the world as of late such as The PRNK and Iran. It also brings home the point that both Russia aka the Evil Empire, and China are not our friends, and we should act with sober vigilance.
